The JCM Group was retained to assist The Salvation Army with the design, construction and relocation of their Western Territorial Headquarters in from Palos Verdes to Long Beach. The JCM Group was also responsible for the relocation of 200 staff members.
The Salvation Army's 12-story, 210,000 sf facility required a fast-track schedule to complete upgrades to the HVAC systems, construction of new office space and bringing the facility up to the latest building code standards in this occupied facility.
