The new Graduate Campus is designed to accommodate 650 graduate students, plus attendant faculty and support staff, on a beautiful 50-acre site overlooking the Santa Monica Bay above the existing Malibu campus. The JCM Group was retained to implement the first 4 major project phases of a 5-phase development plan.
Phase I: Infrastructure Development: 4.5 million cubic yards of grading including building pads, catch basins and drains, roadways, street lighting, storm drains, sewers, utilities, telecommunications, central plant, 1,600,000-gallon potable water tank, 100,000-gallon recycled water tank, landscaping, irrigation systems and site signage.
