The expansion and renovation of the Payson Library included extensive structural, mechanical and electrical modifications, as well as the addition of new computer systems.
The JCM Group developed successful strategic phasing and relocation plans to keep the library open and ensure smooth campus operations during the project. JCM services also included budgeting, estimating, cost control scheduling, value engineering, constructability review, procurement planning, construction contract administration, faculty start-up and occupancy coordination.
