This 4-story office building houses the University's entire administrative staff. The basement level contains the central computer facility for the campus. The structure consists of a steel frame with a concrete plaster and glass exterior. High quality interior finishes include the extensive use of wood, marble and granite.

The Administrative Building was one of three projects The JCM Group directed concurrently at Pepperdine during a period of campus expansion. The project was completed on schedule and within budget. The JCM Group services included the management of the programming and design effort. In addition, a full range of construction management services where provided, including budgeting, estimating, scheduling, value engineering, bidding, award of construction contracts, and the coordination of construction activities. We also formulated, implemented, and managed the owner's multi-phased move-in plans.
