This Federal Building and Court House accommodates projected growth of the federal courts in this area through the year 2021. The 10-story structure contains a 29 courtroom facility for the 14th District, bankruptcy and magistrate courts, judges' chambers, clerks' offices, jury rooms, conference rooms, libraries, dining facilities and retail space, as well as offices for government agencies and below-grade parking for 166 cars. At ground level, the building is set back, opening a linear esplanade space in deference to neighboring historic buildings.
The JCM Group provided full management services for the construction of this project. Our services included design document review, cost estimating, scheduling, budgeting and cost control and construction contract administration.
