He demonstrated outstanding leadership in the master plan process, and took the lead in the development of masterpiece documents to support the two capital projects. They served the dual purpose of supporting the specific projects as well as becoming outlines for future planning documents that would be developed by the campus. The JCM Group team was outstanding in its efforts during this intensive work period. The work was performed with a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, creativity and dedication.
